Dr. Hani C. Gomez, PhD
Dr. Hani C. Gomez is an accomplished MEMS (Microelectromechanical Systems) Engineer with over 10 years of experience in designing, fabricating, and characterizing MEMS devices for biotechnical and microrobotic applications. With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and extensive industry and academic experience, Dr. Gomez has pioneered MEMS innovations and led interdisciplinary projects that have advanced the development of cell therapy delivery platforms and microrobotic systems.
Throughout their career, Dr. Gomez has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship and the UC Berkeley Chancellor’s Fellowship. Their work spans cutting-edge research and practical engineering, having led proof-of-concept designs, optimized experimental timelines, and collaborated with various teams to meet critical project goals.
