Paul Fournier

Paul Fournier established Tacticware Resource Group, LLC in 2007. The company aims to build quality organizations through effective leadership, culture, and strategies. Paul has extensive experience in leadership, organizational management, strategic development, human resources, operations, and sales management. Consulting with both corporate and family-owned business has provided engagement with business models from a variety of industries.

Paul is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC-USA), subscribing to their professional codes of ethics.

Paul also crafted and authored Tacticware's upSkill training courses and resources, and lectures to business groups regarding leadership, culture, and best practices. Published Tacticware white papers and articles are available as industry resources.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Kansas and is a member of various professional organizations. He has three successful adult children and is a private pilot. He resides in Kansas City, ideally suited for travel throughout the United States.
